I confess... I actually finished this page weeks ago. Somehow in the adventure of raising a newborn though photographing it and getting it posted just never happened.
I titled it Gabby since I'm hoping to be able to use Project Life as a way to document her life day by day.
I'm using the Project Life Baby Core Kit for Her and adding my own embellishments and patterned paper as accents.
I'm using Echo Park Freedom Photo Sleeves Protectors as my page protectors at this point though I may incorpate Becky Higgins Project Life Pocket Pages at some point
My regular tools include: Staedtler Fineliner Markers (love them for writing and outlining), CM corner rounder, Scotch 3G ATG, Fisckars paper cutter, Dear Lizzy Date Stamp, Stayzon Black Ink
The chipboard included in this layout is a variety of K&Company designs and the sticker is Making Memories
This page is based on a sketch from Elle's Studio even though I never got the chance to enter it into her challenge.

One Little Word
Every January, Ali Edwards does one little word where everyone chooses a word to direct their year.
Her blog reads:
And what do you do with this one little word?
You live with it. You invite it into you life. You let it speak to you. You might even follow where it leads. There are so many possibilities
For 2012 my word was change as my entire life changed. I graduated from school and became a Mom. For 2011 it was strength as I continued to endure a life that didn't seem to be changing and goals I didn't seem to be achieving.
For 2013 I thought for weeks what my word would be and its NEW. I begin this year with a newborn baby and hope to end it with a new job. I'm hoping to study hard and earn my LMSW so that I can transfer to a social work position.
